Bat Nat is a Pet Nat crafted by 2Naturkinder , in the Franken region in Germany. This sparkling wine is made with Pinot Meunier grapes, also known locally as Schwarzrielsing. 2Naturkinder use local Bat Manure on their vineyards to help fertilise their soils, hence the use of bats on their labels!
