Vevekovi make Sweet Pinot Dreams, which is a fun Pet Nat sparkling wine made with Pinot Noir, and features a little Residual Sugar, so midly sweet (but not much)

Expect notes of strawberry, rosemary, raspberry compot and a jammy vibe throughout. Would work great for dessert dishes
