Weiss is a natural wine crafted by new producer, Banquet of Gods , in the Baden region in Germany. This orange wine is made with Riesling and Pinot Blanc grapes.

Production details of Weiss: Weiss is an orange wine from Banquet of Gods, a new producer in Baden, Germany. Lukas Bernhard learned his craft at Judith Beck's winery in Burgenland before starting this project with partner Tina. They prefer to call themselves a winemaker rather than a winery, making wines designed for the kitchen table and restaurant pairings. The blend uses Riesling and Pinot Blanc. 12% alcohol.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Weiss by Banquet of Gods, but we hear it has notes of ripe pear, lemon yoghurt, mineral edge and a touch of peanut.
