La Rue aux Loups by Les Vignes Herbel is a DELICIOUS OXIDATIVE WINE made in Anjou, Loire with Chenín Blanc grapes. We absolutely adore this nutty complex, wine, and being oxidative, it will hold in the fridge once opened for a week or so, gently evolving

Laurent Herbel and partner Nadège Lelandais are the winemakers, who have been inspired by other Anjou legends like Mark Angeli and Olivier Cousins, although their style is quite different and often features Oxidative techniques.
