Tauss is a natural wine producer from Styria in Austria known for their approach to chemical-free & holistic practices, just like their "Schmecke Das Leben" neighbours of Werlitsch, Muster, Tscheppe and Strohmeier.

Their Weissburgunder Opok, aka Pinot Blanc is meant to have pure Pinot Blanc energy! Cool, mineral, salty.
