Strekov 1075 is the project of Hungarian winemaker Zsolt Suto, based in the tiny Slovakian village of Strekov. He and his team farm 12 hectares of vines with a deep commitment to sustainability, using eco-friendly practices to keep the land healthy and thriving.
Zsolt puts a ton of care into every step of the winemaking process, especially in the cellar, where he works without added sulfites to let the wines truly shine, and his work has made him a reference point for many other natural winemakers in Eastern Europe. Some of his most popular bottles include Fred, Creme, and Porta—an incredible blend of Welschriesling and Grüner Veltliner with skin contact maceration. We’re absolutely obsessed with these wines!
