Brisat Xarello Old Vines is a natural wine crafted by Entre Vinyes , in the Catalonia region in Spain. This VERY MILD orange wine is made with Xarel-lo grapes, of which part of the wine ferments on the skins just for 14 days, before being blended back to the white wine juice. Consider this wine on the lightest side of orange there is., more like a tanned white.

 It then spends eight months in Qvevri.

Light yellow in color and refreshingly low in alcohol. 

The Brisat Old Vines Xarello has a crisp, fresh and savoury taste. The aromas are fruity with a slight salty component and a little reduction at the start (which blows off).  This easy going, simple white would work great with salads, chicken and legume dishes
