Thomas Batardiere is a legendary natural wine producer from the Loire Valley in France, known for natural wines like Esprit Libre, Amor Fatie, Cocus and La Croix Hardie. Based in Rablay-sur-Layon and with a cult following of his wines which are mostly all aged in stainless steel, his Chenin Blancs are very age-worthy and based on the incredible quality, they are in high demand and often sell out very fast!
