Safari 2025 is a natural wine crafted by Schödl, in the Weinviertel region in Austria. This white wine is made with Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Muscat and Weissburgunder grapes.

Expect a fun, fresh and easy going white ideal for picnics and vegetable dinners.

Production details of Safari: Safari is made by Viktoria, Mathias and Leonhard Schödl at their family winery in Loidesthal, Weinviertel, Austria. The blend is Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Muscat and Weissburgunder. Lunar-calendar farming, made for easy summer drinking.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Safari by Schödl, but we hear it has notes of green apple, lime, gentle stone fruit and a soft Muscat lift.
