Ekko is a natural wine crafted by Ab Initio, in the Loire region in France. This white wine is made with Melon de Bourgogne grapes, and is bone dry with a somewhat oiled texture. Would work a treat with oysters, as has a typical salty presence

AB Initio is the project co-run by Fred Niger of Domaine de l'Ecu and winemaker Emmanuel Roblin. These wines are hard to come by..
