Cava Brut Nature 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Azimut, in the Catalonia region in Spain. This sparkling wine is made with Macabeu, Xarel Lo and Parellada grapes.

Expect pops of green apple, bruised pear and soft tropical fruit coming through, with a crisp and energetic perlage that keeps it vibrant, fresh and perky.

It's got a little wildness and a little punk rock attitude

Azimut

Azimut works with familiar Catalan grapes including Macabeu, Xarel·lo, Parellada, Garnatxa and Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo), alongside lesser-known varieties such as Sumoll Blanc and Malvasia de Sitges. The collection includes white, skin-contact and red wines, as well as traditional-method Cava. Their Brisat is particular good value!
