Clarisse de Suremain from Burgundy is the niece of Eric de Suremain from Château de Monthelie. Her small chemical-free & holistic holding is just 2.5 Hectares large, and she also buys Negoce grapes from near to Chablis and Beaune.

This is their Pinot Noir from the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune.

Exceptional value. Black forest fruit, mild and soft tannins. Touches of herbs and a slight aftertaste of mild caramel. Really yummy for the pricepoint... this is very impressive for Burgundy.
