Rose N41 by Clos Lentiscus is a sparkling Rosé, made in the traditional method similar to Cava, made in Catalonia with Carignan grapes. Clos Lentiscus is run by Manuel Aviñó, who is known to his friends and the natural wine scene as 'the bubble man', for his love of fizz!
