Cosmos 2021 is a natural wine crafted by Corentin Houillon, in the Savoie region in France. This red wine is made with Mondeuse grapes, which is a grape native to the Savoie region.

Expect some tannic structure and dark forest fruit with this Cosmos wine, which is typical for Mondeuse.

As for the winemaker, Corentin Houillon is related to Emmanuel Houillon of Domaine Houillon-Overnoy in Jura, and has been tasting wines with his expert family ties since a young age. He worked with Stephane Tissot, Dominique Derain and wineries abroad before settling into his 5 acres in Savoie, surrounded by mountains and forests, which he farms with a holistic approach
