Rubra Paulina is a natural wine crafted by Dluhe Grefty, in the Moravia region in Czech Republic. This red wine is made with Pinot Noir grapes, and is beautifully made with a slight herbaceous element. Bright, fresh, slightly vegetal and easy going but interesting and different. Really cool style of Pinot!

Production details of Rubra Paulina: Rubra Paulina is a Pinot Noir from Dluhe Grefty in Mutěnice, Moravia, Czech Republic. The small-scale family winery works around 7 hectares of vines across many small plots, all farmed without synthetic chemistry. Hand-harvested, wild ferment only, aged in old neutral barrels with little to no sulphur. Their first vintage was 2015. Around 12% alcohol.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Rubra Paulina by Dluhe Grefty, but we hear it has notes of bright red cherry, light vegetal lift, soft spice and an easy-going Pinot character.

We ship every Wednesday. Order by Tuesday 10am.
