Coeur de l'Esprit Blanc is a natural wine crafted by Domaine de L'Horizon , in the Calce region in France. This white wine is made with Muscat a Petits Grains grapes.

Here the grapes are sourced from a 30-year-old vineyard dominated by limestone. Direct pressing, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, nine months of ageing on the fine yeast in large Stockinger barrels. 

We have not yet tried this wine, but hear from the importer that "The otherwise playfully fragrant fruit of the Muscat is dressed up with subtle finesse in the Coeur de L'Esprit blanc. Dry clarity, delicate aromas, mineral corset. "
