Françoise Paradise is a unique sparkling natural wine crafted by Domaine des Grottes , in the Beaujolais region in France. The reason this red wine is special, is because it is made with 98% Gamay grape and actually 2% raspberry juice for extra flavour! 

On the nose, the raspberry comes through and then some volatile acidity keeping it perky and vibrant. On the palate the just 2% raspberry stays dominant and makes it very different. There is a touch of sweetness, which works well making this a cool, totally unique wine unlike any other. Not for all no, but pretty damn fun for those seeking something different!

NATURAL WINE FROM BEAUJOLAIS

Located in southwest France, Beaujolais is known for its focus on one grape variety—Gamay—making up 98% of the region's vineyards. The other 2% is mostly Chardonnay.
