Silvaner is a natural wine crafted by Dominik Held, in the Rheinhessen region in Germany. This white wine is made with Silvaner grapes, which are taken from 80 year old vines his grandfather used to farm. We hear its creamy in its Malolactic vibes, but also with a vegetal tough, slightly herbacious
