NATURAL WINES BY JEAN-FRANÇOIS GANEVAT

Jean-François Ganevat is a legendary figure in the world of natural wine, hailing from the southern Jura region, specifically the small village of Rotalier in Sud Revermont. His winery, Domaine Ganevat, has earned international acclaim, with wines that are adored by sommeliers and wine enthusiasts everywhere. Before moving to Jura, Jean-François worked in Burgundy, but it was in Jura where he and his wife, Anne, made their mark. Their wines are highly sought after, and as with many Jura producers, supply is always limited. If you spot any Ganevat bottles, don’t hesitate—they won’t be around for long!
In addition to his domain wines, Jean-François also produces négociant wines under the label "Anne and Jean-François Ganevat." These wines come from other growers' grapes and have distinct labels. Jean-François has mentored many up-and-coming winemakers over the years, with notable names like Katie Worobeck, Nicolas Jacob, and Alexandre Plassat having worked with him.
