Production details of Pet Nat M Bambule!: Pet Nat M Bambule! is made by Judith Beck in Gols, Burgenland, Austria. The blend uses Muskat Ottonel and Welschriesling. The grapes are whole-bunch pressed, fermentation starts, and the wine is bottled while still finishing for natural perlage in bottle. After ageing, each bottle is disgorged by hand. Judith has worked using a lunar-calendar approach since 2007.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Pet Nat M Bambule! by Judith Beck, but we hear it has notes of orange blossom, ripe apple, citrus zest and a fine aromatic fizz.
