Chardonnay Beton 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Kamil Barczentewicz , in the Lublin region in Poland. This white wine is made with Chardonnay grapes.

Grapes from two Burgundian clones from a southwest-facing plot (130-180 m above sea level), with sandy-clay soils on the plateau and limestone-marl soils on the slope. Fermentation and ten-month aging in a concrete egg. The wine spent most of this time on its lees. Complex and multi-dimensional, with aromas of juicy orchard apples, white flowers, and peach sweetness. Mineral and rounded with beeswax notes and well-integrated acidity. Unfiltered

We ship every Wednesday. Order by Tuesday 10am.
