Madam Pinot Extra Brut is a natural wine crafted by Marada, in the Moravia region in Czech Republic. This sparkling white wine is made with Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Chardonnay grapes. We hear it spends 24 months on lees, and is elegant and well structured, with uplifting acidity and aromas of green apple, lemon, peach, brioche and nuts. Creamy mousse and a long finish.
