Expect Gastronomic precision and vibrant acidity and minerality. There are just 8 rows of this Sauvignon Blanc he has, so there is not much of it to go around. Vines are 30 years old, and the wine spends 10 days on the skins.

Farming 13 hectares with his Father in Rheinhessen, Moritz Kissinger is one of the most exciting, rising stars of the Natural Wine scene in Germany. With plots of Riesling, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc (Weissburgunder) and Chardonnay, the wines of Moritz Kissinger will surprise you with their vibrancy, elegance and precision.
