Rully 1er Cru Blanc 2022 is a natural wine crafted by Sextant, in the Burgundy region in France. This white wine is made with 100% Chardonnay grapes... and it tastes AWESOME!
As a taste profile of Rully Premier Cru 2022 by Sextant, expect a huge pop of meadow flowers, toasted hay, Werthers Original buttery memories, camomile, lemon curd, wet stone and even a hint of mild mint too. There is such a buttery, malolacatic presence here with a stunning, rounded and very long finish. What a Burgundy banger!

The grapes sourced here come from Domaine De Surremain at Château de Monthelie. Here 70-year-old Rully Premier Cru vines are located in the commune of Rully, on clay-limestone soil, facing southeast.Direct pressing and barrel vinification with aging on lees for 18 months and no added sulphites
Juilien Atlaber started working for Domain Derain, as legend Dominque Derain's right hand man. The two formed a strong friendship, and over the years Julien started to release his own Negoce wines under the name Sextant. Dominque Derain decided to retire, and Julien Altaber now runs the domaine with his wife and partner Carole Schwab. They run both Sextant and Domaine Derain from the same cellar in Saint-Aubin.
