WINE OF THE WEEK!
Domaine Tissot - Bruyéres 2018
⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Our love for Jura knows no bounds! And cracking open this absolute smasher of a 2018 Chardonnay from Domaine Tissot was an absolute pleasure!

Les Bruyères is one of the finest Tissot plots, which is south-facing on clay and blue marl with a mixture of vine ages, some as old as 80 years old. This chemical-free & holistic natural wine spends 24 months on the lees, in French oak and that really shows in this beautiful wine which is rounded and with a lengthy finish.

Make no mistake, this is a damn fine wine. We enjoyed bursts of popcorn, vanilla essence and a touch of pie crust all with that lovely, long finish that ends with a mineral touch.

A FANTASTIC WINE WINE!

We ship every Wednesday. Order by Tuesday 10am.

NATURAL WINES BY DOMAINE TISSOT

Stéphane Tissot and his wife Bénédicte craft exceptional, terroir-driven natural wines from their 35-hectare vineyard in Jura. After taking over the family estate, Stéphane brought a fresh perspective, converting the land to chemical-free farming and aligning the vineyard practices with the lunar cycle.
Their white wines, made from regional varieties like Chardonnay and Savagnin, are precise, mineral-driven, and pure, while the reds—Pinot Noir, Trousseau, and Poulsard—are lighter, aromatic, and full of red-fruit character. Domaine Tissot is also known for their Vin Jaunes, which are vinified separately by plot (like ‘En Spois’), a unique method that sets them apart as the only domain to do so.
