Stéphane Tissot is a natural wine producer based in the Jura region in France, who is known for his precise, elegant wines and single-plot Vin Jaune wines.

This Savagnin Ouillé is made with topped up barrels, so the opposite to oxidative wines. This is common for most modern day Jura wines.
