Pana Vision 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Vinyes Tortugas, in the Catalonia region in Spain. This 13% red wine is made with the lesser known Marselan grapes.

Production details of Pana Vision: Pana Vision is made by Dido and Jurriaan Morsink at Vinyes Tortuga in Alt-Empordà, Catalonia. They work 9.5 hectares of vines in Empordà's rugged hills, farming with a lunar-calendar approach and using cover crops and grazing sheep. The wine is made from the lesser-known Marselan grape and sits at 13% alcohol.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Pana Vision by Vinyes Tortugas, but we hear it has notes of mulberry, coffee, tobacco, violet and a cherry-perfumed lift.

We ship every Wednesday. Order by Tuesday 10am.

Vinyes Tortuga

Vinyes Tortuga

Vinyes Tortuga is Dido & Jurriaan Morsink, a couple from Amsterdam who have made wine literally all over the world - including working as cellar hands for well-known natural winemakers including Escoda Sanahuja and Tom Shobbrook. Eventually they settled down in Catalonia, Spain and purchased 9.5 hectares of vineyards in Alt-Empordà, making their first vintage with their own grapes in 2018.

Dido and Juriaan of farm the vineyards holistically and chemical free, and live amongst the vines, ‘completely off the grid’ using solar panels and water from the well.In 2020 the couple expanded their operations and bought an old cooperative building from the 1960s in the medieval town of Rabós. The building, which houses 30 old cement tanks, will also become home to a restaurant, natural wine bar, and eventually also a place to stay, making it a destination.
