Mithra 2021 by Wine Artisans is made in Kakheti with Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane, Kisi and Khikhvi grapes.

6 - 8 month on skin, wild grapes.

Previous 2020 vintage notes: WOW! It's awesome, really opens up having left on the counter with cork in bottle for 7/8 hours. Notes of hay, aniseed, clementines and white pepper.

Do not serve chilled, and allow to breathe for best results. These wines are stable and should hold a good few days once open, improving greatly with time.

Andro Barnovi is the founder of Wine Artisans, a boutique winery which usually produces not more than 1000 bottles per wine!

The Terroir has a long and unlimited exposure to the Sun. The soil is a mix of heavy and light clay, incredibly rich of limestone, with really scant water sources especially after mid-July. They grow 15 different grape varieties in these vineyards, of which Chinuri, Goruli Mtsvane, Shavkapito and Tavkveri are dominant.
