Chkhaveri 2021 is a natural wine crafted by Iberieli , in the Guria region in Western Georgia (Iberieli have vines in both the east and west, which differ greatly). This rosé wine is made with Chkhaveri grapes, which the importer tells us has notes of fig jam, tobacco, leather whilst being round and complex with medium acidity and a slight gingery spicy touch
