Prati Al Sole

Prati Al Sole is a natural wine estate, as well as a small artisan farm growing lovely chemical-free vegetables, cereals and honey. Based in Italy's Emilia-Romagna, about an hours drive west of Bologna in the small village of Scandiano.

With their farm established in 2014 and certified chemical free, they also created just 2 hectares of vineyards with local varietals  Spergola, Malvasia di Candia and Uva Termarina as well as Lambrusco grapes of different types. They keep their selection small, with just three wines which get a lot of love, and no added sulphites.

Their Gola 2021 Pet Nat sees THREE YEARS of aging on the lees before disgorgement, whilst their Lambro 2022 is a fantastic, great value Lambrusco Pet Nat. Tinto is kindof a mix between the two and is incredibly complex for a Rosé. We have been seriously impressed with these wines, and know you will love them too!
