Autochthon 2021 is a natural wine crafted by Bencze, in the Balaton region in Hungary. This white wine is made with Furmint, Kéknyelű and Hárslevelű grapes which were harvested in different stages, when at their most perfect maturity without developing issues.

Volcanic Basalt soil is at play here, and there is a saltiness to the mineralic feel of the wine, and some minor skin-contact of 8 days which gives this extra complexity, plus amphora aging to smooth it out.
