Hárslevelű
Hárslevelű is a white wine grape that is primarily grown in Hungary. It is one of the key grape varieties used in the production of the famous Hungarian sweet wine, Tokaji. Hárslevelű is also grown in other regions of Central Europe, such as Slovakia and Austria.
This grape is known for its unique flavors and aromas. It produces wines that are rich and full-bodied, with a distinct honeyed character. Hárslevelű wines often have notes of apricot, peach, and orange blossom, which add to their complexity and appeal. Natural Wine producers making good use of the Hárslevelű grape include Hummel, Meinklang and Bencze.
