Seuf dê Fendant is a natural wine crafted by Ô Fâya Farm. The domain and farm is run by female winemaker Ilona Thétaz, in the Valais region in Switzerland. This white wine is made with the high-acid but easy drinking Chasselas grapes (aka Gutadel), which is made in a refreshing, easy drinking but also somewhat unique style. Fresh, salty, bistro style white which everyone will enjoy!
