Bacco is a natural wine crafted by impressive farming cooperative Valli Unite, in the Piedmont region in Italy.

This white wine is made with Cortese grapes, grown on old vines.

On this 2023 vintage expect more acidity than the 2022. Its fresh, citrussy and a little sour in a vibrant way for the price, but is not a wow wine. Think of it as a casual weekday bottle, not for special occasions.
