Rairon 2007 by Il Santo  is a natural wine made in Lombardia with Barbera and Uva Rara grapes. Quite hard to find any information about this winery, other than it is run by Eugenio Barbieri, who originally came from an academic background but transitioned to viticulture, focusing on natural wines.

We hear this rustic yet energetic red wine benefits from a decant and enchants you into its world with every sip.
