Croci 'Valtolla' is a delightful, crunchy red blend of 60% Barbera and 40% Bonarda aka Croatina from Croci - perfect with cheeseboards or hearty pasta dishes!

The grapes are macerated for 25-30 days on the skins and aged in cement vats.

Croci states that Val Tolla was the ancient name for the middle Arda Valley, where vines have been cultivated since Roman times. It is made from Barbera and Bonarda (Croatina) grapes, traditionally grown on our hills. The fully ripe grapes are hand-picked into small crates and vinified by macerating on the skins for approximately thirty days.

The rustic wine expresses characteristic vinous and mature notes, and is fresh and structured on the palate.

We ship every Wednesday. Order by Tuesday 10am.
