Ottavio by Cascina Tavijn is a rustic Italian red wine made in Piedmonte with Grignolino grapes. This label a homage to Ottavio, the winemaker Nadia's dad. This grape variety, Grignolino, is full of seeds and its name stems from the term Grignole, which means "Pips", aka seeds. Meant to be tannic and a little spicy
