Le Casot des Mailloles was made famous by Alain Castex and Ghislaine Magnier in the 90s, but the estate has now been passed on to Jordi Perez, whose first vintage was 2015. Because of the small operation and the low yields, only a few thousand bottles are produced each year, so Casot Des Mailloles wines are always in hot demand.
