Rossu Do by Valli Unite is a tasty, affordable natural red from North Italy! Made with Dolcetto, Croatina and Cortese grapes, this wine is ideal for netflixing on the sofa and eating pizza with. Pour it in water glasses for extra Italian vibes.

Production details of Rosso Du: Rosso Du is Valli Unite's everyday red, blending Dolcetto, Croatina and a splash of Cortese for freshness. Valli Unite is a 30-family cooperative working 100 hectares in Costa Vescovato, Piedmont. The grapes ferment separately in stainless steel, then blend and age in concrete before bottling with minimal sulphur.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Rosso Du by Valli Unite, but we hear it has notes of dark cherry, wild red berry, smoky minerality and forest floor.
