Fer Servadou
Fer Servadou, also known as Mansois or Braucol, is a red wine grape that is primarily grown in the Southwest region of France, particularly in the appellations of Marcillac and Gaillac. This grape is also cultivated in small quantities in other regions of France, such as the Loire Valley and Languedoc-Roussillon.
Fer Servadou is known for producing wines with intense flavors and a vibrant acidity. The wines made from this grape are typically medium-bodied with a deep ruby color. They often exhibit aromas of red fruits, such as raspberry and cherry, along with hints of spice and earthiness.
