Thirty percent of the fruit spent three months on skins in qvevri. The producer calls the result a white rather than an orange wine and we would agree, though you will find it filed under orange here. It is dry and golden, with soft apricot touches, yellow apple, a nice salty minerality and a hint of toffee on the finish. For the money it is a lot of wine.
