Montepascolo are in Emilia Romagna. Demi 2020 is the wine of theirs we stock, and it is an orange one.
The blend is 80% Ortrugo, 15% Malvasia di Candia and 5% Sauvignon Blanc. It spends 10 to 12 months in concrete tanks and then goes through a second fermentation, which leaves it slightly sparkling, so expect a bit of fizz rather than a still glass.
