Dobre Modre 2021 is a natural wine crafted by Kamil Barczentewicz , in the Lublin region in Poland. This red wine is made with Blaufränkisch grapes, and it features a lovely vegetal touch to it with notes of green bell pepper. Very cool and nice to see natural wine in Poland evolving like this.

Kamil Barczentewicz  state that this wine has: Grapes harvested from the southwest-facing slope (130-180 m above sea level) with limestone bedrock. Fermentation with native yeast in open oak vats. The wine aged for eleven months in used French, Slavonian, and Hungarian oak barrels. After blending, it rested for six months in a stainless-steel tank. Aromas of sweet berries, juicy blackberries, black pepper, and autumn leaves, accented by sandy tannins.

We ship every Wednesday. Order by Tuesday 10am.
