Production Process of Vin Da Cagnara (Corvina) Litro Rosso 2023 by Sassara

The natural wine Vin Da Cagnara (Corvina) Litro Rosso 2023 from the producer Sassara is made using fermentation and maceration in open plastic vats of approximately 10 hectoliters without temperature control, followed by aging in stainless-steel and fiberglass tanks. After pressing, the wine rested for about five months in these tanks before bottling. The wine is composed of 100% Corvina grapes and undergoes approximately 20 days of skin-contact maceration during fermentation.
