Pacelli is an old school natural wine producer from the hot, southern Calabria region in Italy, which is not a hotbed of natural wine producers so Pacelli stands out in the region.
Even more unusual, is that Pacelli makes a Riesling in this hot region, which is the wine Barone Bianco
But that's not all, Pacelli actually farms 10 hectares of native grapes (Magliocco Dolce, Calabrese, Greek White), national (Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Barbera) and international (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah) so this is really quite unusual for a winemaker to have such a range!
