Desátky Cuvée 2021 is a natural wine crafted by Zdenek Omasta, in the Moravia region in Czech Republic. This white wine is made with Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Pálava grapes, the latter being a genetic crossbreed of the Gewürztraminer and Müller Thurgau

Fermentation and 15-month aging in acacia barrels give it floral character and fuller texture. Serve chilled.

This Desátky Cuvée seriously impressed the team with its vibrant aromatics bursting through on the nose and a rounded, yet crisp mouthfeel.

We enjoyed a chilli note coming through strongly, alongside white pepper merging with melon and green apple fruits. RECOMMENDED
