Philippe Delmee makes his 'Pablo est au Bar' wine using Chenin Blanc grapes in Anjou, Loire. This is a solid Chenin, which is slightly reductive at first but blows off quickly.

Expect mineral driven aspects alongside mild peach, chamomile, popcorn and a touch of Marzipan
