Seconde Nature SN20, 1er Cru Brut Nature is a Premier Cru Champagne made by Bonnet Ponson.

This sparkling wine is made with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes, in the following split of 45% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, 15% Meunier.

Zero Dosage.

First fermentation with native yeasts in 228L and 400L oak barrels (wood is four years old). No added sulphur.
