Podere Cipolla wine

Podere Cipolla is a wine estate run by Denny Bini, a natural wine producer specialising in Lambrusco based from the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy. Farming mostly Lambrusco Grasparossa and Malbo Gentile on just 2 hectrares of clay soils, Denny Beni of Podere Cipolla is dedicated to his artisinal approach and uses the Col Fondo approach to making sparkling wine, which is the forgotten way of making Lambrusco sparkling wine, otherwise known as a Pet Nat.

Our favourite Podere Cipolla wine is his Rosa dei Venti Lambrusco dell'Emilia, which is a delightful Rosé Lambrusco made naturally.
