Les Corvees is Trousseau with some Poulsard in there too, and it caught us out: a huge perfumed nose of cacao next to overripe prunes, which is uncommon for a Jura red, and much the same on the palate with a slightly mossy edge. Ingenu goes the other way. It is Pinot Noir, super rich, smokey, dense and earthy.
The rest of our Jura wines sit here, and France more broadly.
